Questions about this course

What is the difference between PM and PO here?
The course covers both roles. The PO owns the backlog and delivery, the PM looks at the problem and strategy. You learn both and where they meet.
Do I need a tech background?
It helps, but it is not required. The course teaches you to talk to engineering without coding, and to decide what to build without depending on anyone.
